consequences of withdrawal
In the case of an effective withdrawal, the services and benefits received by both parties are to be reimbursed and, as the case may be, emoluments which are taken (e.g. interest) are to be returned. Where you cannot reimburse the received benefit or service in full/partly or only in a poor state, you are obliged, as the case may be, to pay compensation. This does not apply for the surrender of goods if the deterioration of the product can be attributed solely to the inspection thereof, in a manner similar to inspecting a product personally in the shop. For the rest, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by using the object as an owner and refrain from anything which could impair its value. Objects which can be put in packages are to be sent at our expense and risk. Objects which cannot be put into packages will be collected from your premises.
