The new safety light curtain is divided into 3 areas: hand protection (resolution 30mm), finger protection (resolution 14mm) and body protection (2, 3 and 4 light beams).All devices are classified as safety category 4 and are fitted with a wide range of equipment: integrated alignment marking, the option of switching between automatic or manual starting as well as a muting function. The body protection devices are available in four different designs with monitoring heights of 515 to 1215mm. The maximum operating distance is 25m.Light curtains for protecting fingers are supplied with monitoring heights of 150 to 900mm. The distance between transmitter and receiver may be up to 6m.Hand protection systems are available with monitoring heights of 150 to 1650mm. Here, the maximum operating distance is 15m.
